Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
NriHub.ai offers refunds for services that have not been rendered or where there is a genuine dispute. This policy outlines when refunds are applicable and how to request them.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- The service was paid for but not commenced within the promised timeframe.
- You cancelled the service before work began, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
- A technical failure on our platform prevented service delivery.
For partially completed services, refunds will be pro-rated based on work completed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully rendered and delivered.
- Government fees and charges paid on your behalf.
- Third-party service provider fees already disbursed.
- Subscription fees for periods already consumed.
