Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save information in your browser's "local storage" or "session storage". In this policy, "cookies" means all of these.

When you first visit NRIhub.ai, we ask you to choose:

• Accept all: we also use analytics cookies to understand how NRIhub.ai is used.
• Reject all: we use only the cookies NRIhub.ai needs to work.
• Settings: choose for yourself.

All three buttons are equally easy to use. Until you choose, we use essential cookies only.

You can change your mind at any time with Manage cookies at the bottom of every page. If you switch to "Reject all", analytics stops straight away.

Your choice is saved in this browser only, so you may be asked again on another device or browser. If you are signed in when you accept analytics, we also keep a record of that choice with your account.

These are needed for NRIhub.ai to work, so they are always on.

• __Secure-next-auth.session-token: keeps you signed in. Lasts up to 30 days after your last visit, or until you sign out.
• __Host-next-auth.csrf-token and __Secure-next-auth.callback-url: protect sign-in against forged requests and return you to the right page after you sign in. Deleted when you close your browser.
• NRIHUB_LOCALE: remembers your language. Lasts 1 year.
• NRIHUB_CITY: remembers the city you chose, so NRIhub.ai opens on that city. It holds only the city name, for example "sydney". It never holds your location. Lasts 12 months. It is set only when you choose a city, and it is needed for the city feature you asked for, so we set it even before you answer the cookie question. It is never used for analytics. Clear it any time with Forget my city at the bottom of every page, or in your browser settings.
• nrihub-cookie-consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice.
• nrihub.theme (local storage): remembers light or dark mode.
• sentryReplaySession (session storage): used by our error monitoring (section 5); deleted when you close the tab.
• Other small settings (local storage): for example, notices you have closed and the last figures you entered in a calculator, so you do not have to type them again. These stay in your browser.

• PostHog (ph_..._posthog cookie and local storage): measures which pages and features are used, so we can improve NRIhub.ai. Lasts about 1 year. PostHog processes this data for us in the United States. It is not linked to your account.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics.

We use Sentry to find and fix errors. Sentry does not set cookies. If an error happens on the website, Sentry may receive a short replay of the steps before the error, with all text masked and images blocked. See our Privacy Policy.

When you pay for Nivi Premium or manage your subscription, you go to pages run by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com and billing.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud. Those cookies are covered by Stripe's own policies at stripe.com/privacy.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in. If you block NRIHUB_CITY, city pages still work from their web address, but NRIhub.ai will ask for your city each time you open the home page.
