Accessibility statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on the NRIhub.ai website and the NRIhub.ai business portal.

NRIhub.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Most pages meet the standard, and we're fixing the known problems listed below. We haven't yet had an independent accessibility audit.

Every page we build or update is designed so that:

• You can use it with a keyboard alone. Focus is always visible, and a skip link takes you straight to the main content.
• You can zoom to 200%, or pinch-zoom on a phone, without losing content.
• Text and controls meet AA colour contrast in both the light and dark themes.
• Form fields have visible labels, and error messages say what went wrong and how to fix it.
• Animation stops when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages are available in 15 languages, and Arabic and Urdu are laid out right to left.

These are the gaps we know about and are working on:

• Some older pages still have small text, low-contrast labels, or controls that are hard to reach by keyboard. We're updating them section by section.
• Maps and charts may not yet have a complete text alternative.
• Some translations are machine-assisted and may read awkwardly in places.
• Documents uploaded by you or by service providers, such as scanned PDFs, may not be accessible.

If something is hard to use, tell us which page it was on, what you were trying to do, and which assistive technology you use, if any. Write to support@nrihub.ai or use the button below. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days.

If you need information from us in another format, ask and we'll work out how to provide it.

If our reply doesn't solve the problem, raise a grievance at grievance@nrihub.ai. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

We prepared this statement on October 16, 2026 from our own review of the site. We'll review it at least once a year, and whenever we make a major change.
