What can I do for free?
Chat with Nivi for guidance, up to the monthly message limit shown on the Free plan, with reminders and alerts included. Premium gives you unlimited Nivi messages and tools where Nivi acts for you, such as FX rate alerts.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The one you choose above. Each plan has a fixed price in that currency, so nothing is converted at checkout. Your bank may still add a foreign-transaction fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing in your account. Fees for time you've already used aren't refunded.
Is my card safe?
Checkout runs on Stripe, a regulated payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
